Our stay at Express Inn The Business Luxury was a delightful experience. The ambiance was great, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the hospitality we received was remarkable. The food quality, especially the dinner spread, was excellent. Although there were a few areas that could be improved, such as the service during meals and the lighting in the room, overall it was a very satisfying experience. We will definitely stay here again.

The restaurant offers a variety of delicious dishes, making it a great place to dine for special occasions. The rooms are well-appointed and the bathrooms are functional, ensuring a comfortable stay. The staff is cooperative and friendly, providing excellent service to guests. The hotel also has a well-equipped gym for fitness enthusiasts.

The staff showed exceptional care and support in a medical emergency, going above and beyond. The room was beautiful and the breakfast offered a great variety. The hill view room request was honored, and they even provided a complimentary cake for my birthday.

The rooms were well-appointed and interconnected, adding convenience. The staff, especially Jhanvi, was astonishingly hardworking and attentive. Special thanks to Vaibhav, Vidhya, and Moses for their exceptional service. The beds were comfortable, and the room service was prompt. The hotel goes the extra mile to provide a secure floor for solo female travelers.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities. The Spa & Wellness Centre was a great place to unwind after a long day. The sauna was invigorating and the massage was outstanding. We enjoyed the swimming pool and lounged in the sun on the sun loungers in the beautiful garden area. The food at the restaurant was amazing, especially the special diet menus. We loved the private facilities of our room, which made us feel pampered and relaxed.

The hotel experience was nearly perfect; however, we found only one minor issue with the in-room breakfast service.

My partner and I had a wonderful romantic getaway at this splendid hotel. The room was spotless and had a mesmerizing view. we especially enjoyed the complimentary champagne and chocolates that were presented to us upon arrival. The location was perfect for us, allowing us to have a peaceful time away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The food offered was fantastic, with a wide selection of dishes to choose from.

The spa services were not as great as we had hoped. Although we thoroughly enjoyed our massages, the staff at the spa could have been a bit more welcoming and friendly.

The kids play area kept my 3-year-old entertained throughout our stay. The food, both buffet and à la carte, was amazing. The spacious bathroom with a big bathtub was a plus. I loved the in-room foot massager. Room service was always on time, even during the busy New Year's period. The Sohum spa had excellent services provided by professional staff. The check-in and checkout experience was smooth.

Felt completely secure, no reason to complain.
