Tiered pools, lovely sea view apartments, varied dining options including Japanese and Indian restaurants

Beach is rocky and covered in sargassum seaweed!!! Security prevents hawkers but leaves little nearby to explore!!! Infrastructure could benefit from more attention to detail, such as accommodating requests!!!

this hotel is an absolute joke. the wifi was practically non-existent—only worked one day? and housecleaning left my door wide open after cleaning, which is just beyond ridiculous. you’d think a place like this would have some kind of special treat for us, but nope, just the same old mediocre service for everyone. how disappointing.

The architecture is breathtaking and the morning buffet exceeded my expectations. Indian restaurant served the best spicy dishes, while the staff radiated warmth and friendliness.

The beach was overwhelmed with vendors and I struggled to explore. While the food was good, some service was slow, especially around the pool area.

The hotel boasts picturesque surroundings with palm trees and serene pools. The spacious bedroom had nice amenities and a daily replenishment of beverages, including a delightful afternoon tea experience.

The beach area is limited and the pool closes early at 6 pm. While the breakfast variety is good, the taste and quality of some dishes were disappointing.

The hotel’s architecture and lush landscape truly amazed us. We found hidden gems with friendly staff at Zanzibar restaurant who went above and beyond to entertain. The beautiful beach was regularly cleaned, providing a serene escape in between our activities.

However, we encountered multiple challenges, from delayed room readiness to housekeeping issues, like missing amenities. The pool had a slimy texture, and the food options were quite average, often leaving us disappointed during our stay.

While the adult-only pool concept is advertised, the noisy children splashing nearby can totally ruin the relaxation vibe!!! Also, the restaurant playing loud music until midnight was quite an unwelcome surprise!!! More attention to these details would elevate the experience!!!

The Swahili Beach experience was simply unforgettable! The kids loved the variety of pool activities, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious rooms with beautiful views. Afternoon tea was delightful!

The architecture caught my eye, especially the cascading pool areas. The morning buffet had a good variety which kept my energy up for the day. Enjoying afternoon tea was a nice touch. One day, as I relaxed by the pool, I marveled at how the design brought different cultural influences together. I felt a connection to this place, much like my explorations across Italy. The staff showed friendliness throughout my stay, which made for a pleasant atmosphere.

I experienced a stunning property with beautiful landscaping and well-kept pools. The afternoon tea served daily provided great sweet and savory options. I enjoyed the convenience of having my spacious room stocked with beverages. The staff's dedication was evident. They went out of their way to ensure my trip was enjoyable, even managing to keep local monkeys at bay. Overall, this was a memorable stay, and I appreciated the cultural diversity throughout the establishment.

The pools were incredible, especially the tiered ones, and the Japanese restaurant had lovely food. My sea view apartment was spacious with plenty of towels and toiletries. I also loved the complimentary airport transfer.

Felt like it was a home away from home, no complaint.

check-in was a bit slow (waiting over an hour wasn't fun). the pool area was clean with plenty of sun loungers available to relax on! loved the delicious afternoon tea with a great selection of snacks (yum! ). our room was spacious and had a lovely terrace for extra relaxation.
