We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay at the Courtyard. The tasteful renovation and attention to detail for the needs of business travelers were impressive. The staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay. The fitness center was excellent and catered to all levels of fitness.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional! From check in to check out, they were fabulous and treated our large family with utmost courtesy. The barman Darous and another staff member, Kimberly, went above and beyond expectations. The hotel had all the necessary facilities, including a cooked breakfast, good coffee, and a bar. The scrambled egg breakfast was presented wonderfully.

The minor issue with the key card was quickly resolved by a prompt and apologetic response from the front desk. The manager even left vouchers for a complimentary meal at the bistro. The staff's exceptional service truly made a difference.

I gotta say, we got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was top-notch - comfy beds, clean floors, and nice furniture. The location was perfect, close to major roads and surprisingly quiet. And the staff? They were amazing. So accommodating to our baby and super friendly.

The only thing that could've made the morning meal better was a bit faster service. Had to wait quite a while for breakfast, especially when it wasn't a busy time.

The shower setup is sleek and clean, with ledges for shampoo and shaving. The hotel is located at a reasonable distance from downtown Worcester. The rooms are large, clean, and in excellent repair. The manager, Abby, even provided vouchers for a free meal at the bistro as an apology for a minor inconvenience. the staff and attitude make a positive difference.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Westborough for 30 days with my family. The staff was great, especially with accommodating our baby's needs. The breakfast options were good, though we did order out for dinner often due to limited choices. The location was ideal, near major routes and very quiet. While there was no designated private area for business meetings, the staff's friendliness made up for it. The rooms and amenities were in excellent condition, and the hotel was close to the Boston Marathon start line and Logan International Airport. a very satisfying stay.

My recent stay at Courtyard in Westborough was excellent. I was in town for a concert and the hotel's location was just the distance I expected from downtown Worcester. The front desk staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating, providing a late checkout so we could change out of our dress clothes before hitting the road. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The standout feature, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were friendly, efficient, and made our entire family feel welcome. If this is the level of service Courtyard provides at all their hotels, they truly have a winning formula.
