The hotel has a great location close to the main square and the best tapas bar in town. The room is reasonably sized and contemporary, and the restaurant offers creative dishes at a special rate for hotel guests. The breakfasts are also quite nice.

The hotel has a lot of stairs to climb with luggage and the wifi can be unreliable.

As a tourist, I loved the central location of this hotel, with plenty of good pinchos bars nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hotel and my room were spotlessly clean, and even though my room was small, it was more than satisfactory. the hotel exuded an old-school charm that catered to a wealthy clientele, and they did it exceptionally well.

Perfect location in the heart of town, a stone's throw from the Plaza del Castillo. The restaurant they have on site is Michelin starred - we couldn't believe it! The staff were really accommodating. Would recommend to anyone visiting this lovely city. a great stay.

This hotel is in an amazing location, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the main attractions. The rooms are well equipped with basic amenities and some even have balconies with amazing views. Breakfast is included in the rate which makes it great value for money.

The breakfast was delish! They had a great selection of cereal and bread which was more than enough to start the day right. the location of the hotel was spot on as it was near all of the tourist locations and nightlife. the room was peaceful and quiet despite the bustling streets.

Elevator humming was annoying.

We had a comfortable and cozy room with lovely bed linen at Sercotel Europa. The breakfast was amazing, with a variety of fresh fruit, delicious breads, pastries, and even hot food like eggs and bacon. The hotel's location was great, right in the center of the city, close to bars and restaurants. Despite the small size of the room, it was tidy and clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful, and there was paid parking available nearby. I recommend this hotel for its comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast, and convenient location.

Centrally located hotel, perfect for exploring the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Free upgrade and clean room with good air conditioning. Close to pintxos bars for dining and easy to return to after enjoying local wine.
