This hotel is really close to Cheongdam metro station, making it super convenient for getting around the city. The location is also ideal if you have a conference or event at a nearby venue. Plus, the rooms on level 9 have large windows, offering great views of the city.

All was fine with this hotel, no improvements needed.

Friendly front desk staff giving a good first impression, and the room was tidy and well-furnished. the bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of local restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

The check-in process was delayed on a busy weekend, and there were no available shower facilities outside of the hotel rooms.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Aloft Gangnam in Seoul. The front desk staff were incredibly professional and kind. They even surprised my wife with a birthday cake in our room, making her birthday extra special. The beds were unbelievably comfortable, and I had the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. I highly recommend this hotel.

I really appreciated the clean and modern facilities at the hotel. The quality of the food, especially the breakfast and dinner, was top-notch. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, which was great. And having a coin laundry machine on the lower level was a convenient feature. Additionally, the hotel is located near some little stores with fresh fruit and veggies, perfect for stocking up on healthy snacks.

I felt safe throughout my stay and didn't have any reason to complain.

We stayed at a hotel in the heart of a bustling area, close to several clubs and just steps away from Cheongdam metro station. It was so convenient to hop on a train and explore the city. The room was tidy and well-furnished, with a comfortable bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The bathroom was small but functional, providing all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. Although there was no café or restaurant, the take-away food counter was a nice option. The hotel also had a 24-hour gym for guests to use.

The check-in process was slightly delayed due to a busy weekend, which was a bit impractical as I arrived in the early morning and couldn't check in until the afternoon.

Convenient location, close to metro station, plenty of nearby dining options. Excellent housekeeping service, provided extra hangers and even an umbrella. Comfortable room on level 9 with great views of the Han River. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. Terrific restaurant with a wide variety of delicious breakfast and dinner options, including a wine buffet and tender fillet steak.
