I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to honor my special request and place me in a room exactly where I wanted to be. The room itself was exceptional, with excellent cleanliness and a spacious layout. The bathroom was spotless, with a great shower that had hot water and strong pressure. Additionally, the hotel had a large and secure parking area, which was important for me as I was on a road trip. The location was ideal, as it was close to the archeological zone of Palenque and surrounded by beautiful jungle scenery. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a nice restaurant and two refreshing pools. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, parking, transportation, location, breakfast.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The spa and massage therapy were a lovely experience, relieving all our stress and tension. The rooms were in a nice location, close to the ruins and set amidst beautiful surroundings. The pool area was fantastic, and we had the opportunity to see incredible wildlife like macaws and tropical birds. We could even hear the distant calls of howler monkeys. After a long day of sightseeing, the pool was a refreshing and soothing retreat. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. The hotel's convenient location near the ruins allowed us to easily explore this amazing city.

Located near the ruins, easy transportation options. Great food and friendly staff. Well-maintained and clean. Close to nature, with wildlife sightings. Good parking and decent internet. a pleasant stay with a cozy California King bed.

The location was perfect and allowed easy access to both. The spacious room provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. I loved being able to relax in the pool and sip on margaritas to cool off from the heat. The staff was decent and always ready to assist.

Amazing pool area and beautiful grounds. The King bed was incredibly cozy. We loved the location just outside the National Park and enjoyed the poolside bartender's delicious mojitos. The hotel was well-kept and the shower had great hot water. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Mercedes in Palenque for 3 nights while exploring the nearby Maya ruins and jungle. The hotel is absolutely great, with beautiful grounds filled with plants and flowers. The swimming pool was a nice place to relax, and the helpful staff made my stay even better. The location is perfect, just a short ride to the stunning Zona Arqueologica and the Aluxes Ecopark zoo. The restaurant at the hotel was also great, with a good range of options for dinner.

I recently stayed at Hotel Villa Mercedes for a few days while exploring the nearby national park. The location is perfect, just a short drive from the park entrance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel offers great facilities such as a beautiful swimming pool and a gym nestled in the forest. The well-maintained grounds added to the overall charm of the property. I also enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool and the friendly bartender made delicious mojitos. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

The best aspects of my stay were the breathtaking surroundings and close proximity to the National Park, where I could observe howler monkeys and scarlet macaws in their natural habitat. The hotel facilities, including the large swimming pool, were fantastic and open until late, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff at the bar/restaurant were very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was generous and satisfying. Additionally, the location of the hotel was conveniently close to Palenque archaeological park, making it easy to explore this fascinating historical site.

The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the grounds. The bathroom was also well-maintained. The service was slow and the food left much to be desired.
