We had a wonderful time staying at a hotel in St Moritz with our two young kids. The hotel had an amazing location, with breathtaking views of the lake and easy access to the ski lift. We were able to enjoy panoramic train rides and explore the shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Sandra and Lara at the reception. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and the view from the breakfast room was simply stunning. We also loved the fact that the hotel provided Nespresso machines in the rooms. it was a perfect choice for our family vacation.

The only minor downside was that the Nespresso machine in our room was not working, and the heating was not functioning properly. However, the staff quickly provided us with a heater as soon as we mentioned it.

Our thanksgiving at this hotel was a fantastic experience. We particularly liked the complimentary welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival, and the complementary sauna and steam room access. the location was also perfect, as it was within walking distance to the famous ski slopes and shopping district.

Although we had a great stay, we did encounter a minor downside during breakfast. Some items were not properly replenished, and we had to wait a few minutes for the staff to bring them out.

The rooms were spotless, and the sheets were refreshed twice daily, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment.

While the bathroom in my suite was somewhat small, it didn't really bother me as everything else in the room was more than satisfactory. Additionally, I would have appreciated a power outlet on both sides of the bed, but there were plenty of other outlets available in the room.

As women traveling alone, we loved the convenient parking and the hotel's central location near all the shops. The staff were wonderful, offering great check-in assistance and even helping with the rental of snow shoes for our hikes. Our room was spacious, and despite being on the street side, we didn't experience any noise disturbances. The rooftop terrace was a nice addition, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
