The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and accommodating, even in the face of a language barrier. Additionally, the hotel offered a decent breakfast, allowing guests to start their day off right. The view from the room provided a beautiful glimpse of the surroundings.

I recently stayed at Heyy Hotel for a week-long getaway on Jeju Island. The staff had a casual vibe and the lobby bar had a fun arcade theme. Despite limited English, they were still helpful and the Pagoda app made communication easy. The location was superb, with beach views, access to main bus stops, and the main food/shopping district just around the corner. The rooms were large and comfortable, and we were provided with daily water replenishment. a fantastic stay!

There were quite a few mosquitos in the room, which was unexpected for winter. The shower water took some time to heat up in the evenings, which was a bit inconvenient.

Oh, and let's not forget the amazing experience of having one nightstand and no electricity sockets on the other side of the bed. Such thoughtful design.
