As party people, we loved the vibrant atmosphere and lively ambiance of the hotel. The variety of restaurants and shopping areas added to the excitement. The ocean view from the room was fantastic, and we enjoyed the spacious balcony. The double bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was luxurious with its walk-in closet and separate bath area overlooking the ocean. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay.

We were amazed by the stunning ocean view from our premium room at Hilton Busan. The balcony was a perfect spot to enjoy the picturesque scenery. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The luxurious amenities fulfilled all our desires. The spa and wellness centre was top-notch, the swimming pool was fantastic, and we loved the sunny terrace. The restaurant served a range of delicious dishes which catered perfectly to our specific dietary needs. Moreover, the private facilities provided us privacy and exclusivity. The helpful service provided swift and effective solutions.

Although the housekeeping was superb, the only disturbance was the clamor of the cleaning staff trolley parked outside our room early in the morning. However, this was a minor issue and did not affect our overall stay.

We received complementary champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel is located near a beautiful beach and had stunning views from our room. We enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped gym.

Our romantic escape was dampened by the rude and unhelpful staff. We had issues with our room key and were left waiting in the hallway for over thirty minutes.
