The staff at the hotel were courteous and helpful, and many of them spoke English. They were always willing to assist and provided instructions in Korean for taxi drivers. The complimentary breakfast offered a good variety of options, including both Western and Korean dishes. It was filling and saved us money on lunch.

The air conditioner in the room had a bright blue light that stayed on throughout the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The housekeeping service was lacking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, even assisting me in scheduling a manicure at a nearby salon. I felt safe walking alone in the area, being a young woman from New York. The room was clean and comfortable, with easy temperature control and reliable wifi. The hotel offered great value with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and cafes nearby.
