The hotel is super close to the train station, making it very convenient for travelers arriving by train. There are also nice restaurants within walking distance, so you don't have to go far for a good meal. The location is also close to Hanoi Main Railway station, making it easy to explore the city and travel to other destinations.

The elevator in the hotel is on the small side, which can be a bit inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage.

Great deal, key location, decent breakfast. This hotel seemed like a steal at first glance – the price was low but it offered a free breakfast and the location is right in the center of all the action. the room had basic amenities but that's expected for the price. the best part was the proximity to the main sights and sounds, it was only a short walk to all the bars and restaurants. the breakfast was decent too, with a few local options to try.

Dirty sheets, rude staff. Unfortunately, the experience was tarnished by a few factors.

The staff was professional, breakfast was satisfying, comfortable bed and pillows, helpful staff again for changing room, good Wi-Fi, clean room.

Not obvious to find

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. the location was ideal, very close to the train station and within walking distance of all the main attractions. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, with a nice bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The covered patio was a lovely touch, and the windows kept out any noise from outside. a great value for money stay.

Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.
