We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was convenient, with cafes and restaurants nearby, and we enjoyed walking along the lake. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond for one guest who fell sick. We appreciated the small amenities provided.

The hotel could improve in terms of cleanliness in the bathroom and promptness in providing requested documents.

During our stay at Lake Hotel, we had an amazing experience. One particular instance stood out when I fell ill on a holiday, and everything was closed. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to help me find an open doctors office and even called a taxi for me. They even provided their business card so I could show the address to the taxi driver. The helpfulness of the staff truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service and care.

This hotel is conveniently located near key tourist attractions, which was perfect for my business trip. The room had a breathtaking view of the lake and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

I had a few issues during my stay. The room was too warm and the temperature control was difficult to adjust.
