This hotel had a great location near a food street, making it easy to find plenty of dining options nearby. the free Wi-Fi was quite reliable and I appreciated the three bottles of drinking water that were provided daily. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel also offered an airport shuttle which was a convenient perk.

The swimming pool was closed during my stay and no information was given when I made the reservation. while some staff members were very accommodating and polite, others were less so, and seemed to prioritize enforcing rules over customer satisfaction.

The location was great, being close to a market and eateries. We loved the convenience of having a bakery nearby that served fresh and delicious chocolate buns every morning. the staff was helpful and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and fast.

The staff could have been more proactive in giving advice on local transportation options. We found out later that there is a great bus system in Jeju which would have been more cost-effective for getting around.

The room was bright, clean, and smartly furnished, perfect for one or two people. The bathroom was great, with everything in good working order, although the water pressure could be stronger. The hotel is conveniently located directly opposite the black pork street, where you can find Korean BBQ restaurants, and it's also near several other restaurants, mini markets, and the harbor. Additionally, the staff were friendly and able to speak English, making my stay even more enjoyable.
