The value for my money was excellent, with a comfortable and clean room. The location was convenient for my business appointments and there were plenty of small cafes and restaurants nearby. The staff was courteous and efficient, always ready to help.

The breakfast selection could be improved by offering more options for Muslims, as all the meat options contained pork.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the nearest subway station and a short 10-minute walk to COEX, GANGNAM symbol, and 7Lucky Casino. There were also plenty of convenient bistros and budget restaurants near the hotel, making it easy to find dining options. Additionally, the hotel had a fully equipped gym and facilities for sauna and spa, which I unfortunately didn't have time to use. For business travelers, the hotel was conveniently located near POSCO, only a 2-minute walk away. The Limousine Bus Shuttle station, which connects to the airport, was also just across the street from the hotel, making transportation to and from the Incheon airport hassle-free. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay.
