We booked this hotel last minute when other accommodation fell through. The staff were so helpful, even finding us parking and providing helpful information. The room was excellent with soft beds, a rare find in Asia. The view of the city was incredible and the location was great. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of food options. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

We had a fantastic stay at Ibis Styles. the hotel is conveniently connected to Yongsan Station through an enclosed walkway and lift. the room was spacious with a large window offering a great view of the Hangkang River and Yeouyi Island. the bathroom had separate toilet and shower areas, which was a plus. the breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options from both European and Asian cuisines. the hotel staff provided excellent service and were very enthusiastic. the design and quality standards of the hotel were top-notch.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the tasty breakfast and the friendly staff. the breakfast consisted of a good combination of both Western and Asian dishes, which were freshly prepared. the location was convenient as it was situated near a shopping mall and a 24-hour convenience store which made it easy to find anything I needed. Lastly, the hotel allowed me to enjoy a complimentary late check-out which gave me more time to enjoy the city.

I did not enjoy the fact that some taxi drivers had difficulty locating the hotel. the lack of toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room was inconvenient.

That the buffet dinner was not operational during my stay, and the alternative dining option, Mega Bites, had slow service and high prices.

The short walking distance and covered walkway to Yongsan station made it incredibly convenient for us to explore the city. We also appreciated having a convenient store on level 2 of the hotel that stayed open late. The breakfast spread was excellent, although some variety in dishes would have been nice. However, the highlight for us was the incredibly comfortable Simmon Beauty Rest bed in our room. It made our stay even more enjoyable.

We couldn't have asked for a better location, with easy access to public transport and a plethora of restaurants and shops right here. We were thrilled with the quality of the room service and housekeeping, with our cozy and clean room always feeling like home. Plus, we appreciated the added convenience of the commercial services and free shuttle service available here.
