We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with comfy beds and big, clean bathrooms. The hotel facilities were great, including the sea-facing terraces and the nice café. The staff, particularly Mr. Kim, the host, were superb - very warm, friendly, and jovial. They made us feel welcome and even arranged pick-up and drop-off service for us. The location was also a positive, with nice mini forest olle trails walks near the sea and an emerald green lake. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again.

I had the most amazing stay at this Jeju accommodation. the view was breathtaking, and the owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating. It felt like staying with a close friend or family member rather than just a hotel. They even offered assistance and spoke great English. the cafe had a nice selection of food and drinks, and the coffee was superb. If I have the opportunity to go back to Jeju, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

the host at Jeju Aurum was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always recommending great places to eat and visit. They spoke excellent English, making communication very easy. the accommodation was cozy, with a lovely sea view from our clean and comfortable room. the neighborhood was quiet and safe, and it was enjoyable to take a peaceful stroll along the sea.

The manager was the friendliest and most considerate person we encountered on our trip! The view from across the road was jaw-dropping, surrounded by palm trees. The owner was very helpful and gave us a lovely postcard at check-out. The hotel had a great beach view and was located just 10 minutes from Seogwipo center by car. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and kitchenware. The owner spoke English well and was very warm and friendly. The location was perfect for relaxation, with beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the beach. Highly recommended for nature lovers, with hiking and snorkeling nearby. The host was always there to help, and we appreciated the upgrade they offered us. Special thanks to Yun for showing us around - a fantastic stay!

the location of the hotel provided a stunning view of the ocean and the island. the balcony was the perfect spot to take in the scenery. the hotel host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even inviting me to a farewell gathering with delicious fried chicken and beer. the food at the hotel, especially the mandarin juice, was tasty and enjoyable. the internet service was reliable, even during a typhoon.

I had an amazing stay at this cozy lodging place! Mr Kim, the owner, and the lady at the receptionist desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel like I was staying with close friends. the room was clean and comfortable. Although there was no kettle initially, they quickly provided one upon request. the location by the coast was perfect for unwinding and enjoying the sea breeze. There was even a cabin-like kitchen downstairs where you could heat up food you had purchased during your car rides around Jeju. I highly recommend Jeju Aurum for a restful and enjoyable stay.

Jeju Aurum is located in a charming spot right in front of the roaring sea. the owner, Mr Kim, was extremely welcoming and even provided us with an extra bed. the room was clean and spacious enough for our family of four. the view from our second-floor room was breathtaking, allowing us to enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets. Parking was available on site and the communal kitchen provided a nice space for interaction with other guests.

The view from the balcony was breathtaking, overlooking the sparkling ocean. the communal kitchen was well-equipped, making it convenient to cook our own meals. the location was ideal, with a beautiful walking path right in front of the property and cafes within walking distance.

The mattress was uncomfortably hard, resulting in restless nights. the towels provided were small and we had to ask for more when needed.
