I absolutely loved the database's user-friendly interface and the vast amount of resources available. the room was outstanding, with a stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. the amenities provided were top-notch, from the comfortable bed to the luxurious bathroom.

The only downside I found was that some of the search filters were a bit limited, which made it slightly challenging to narrow down specific items.

The hotel is neat and clean, with effective heating/cooling. The supermarket in the basement is convenient, and the neighboring mall's food court offers a variety of restaurants.

Customer service was great, staff were friendly and accommodating. Location had a variety of stores and restaurants nearby. Complimentary amenities such as high-quality cutlery and drinking water dispenser were useful.

Limited transportation options in the area, making it difficult to get around after 6 pm. ATMs nearby did not accept UK bank cards, so carrying cash is advised.

During my recent stay at Trivelles Executive Suites, I was impressed by the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. They offered a free shuttle service from the airport, which made my arrival hassle-free. One staff member even contacted me via WhatsApp to confirm my flight details and provide me with all the necessary information. The reception staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay, including arranging for a Sehri meal during Ramadan and personally delivering a wakeup call. The apartment itself was spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of snacks and drinks. The bed was comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep.

Although my overall experience was positive, there were a few minor drawbacks. the washroom had a leaky hand shower that kept one corner of the place wet.

The transportation from and to the airport was included, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel staff was very attentive and helpful, fulfilling all requests promptly.
