Our stay at Landing Jeju Shinhwa World was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel itself had a modern and comfortable accommodation with plenty of space. The breakfast selection was good, with a variety of options to choose from. The staff, particularly Alex, went above and beyond to address any issues we had and ensure customer satisfaction. The free access to three rides in the theme park was a nice perk. Additionally, the hotel had a great selection of restaurants and cafes on-site.

The hotel offered amazing facilities with lots of activities to do. They provided high-quality shampoo and conditioner, and the pools were nice. the location was excellent, close to shops and dining options.

The hotel rooms lacked air conditioning, and the walk to the room from the amenities was quite far. It was discouraging to leave the room.

This hotel is a paradise with exclusive amenities. the service is impeccable and the Spa centre is perfect for relaxation. the indoor swimming pool and sauna are amazing! the live entertainment, karaoke and aqua park provide great entertainment. Plus, the sun terrace and garden area are a great place to relax.

The only minor issue is the location, as it is a bit far from the city. this is a small price to pay for the luxury and exquisite experience this hotel offers.
