The room was spacious and had a big comfortable bed. The hotel was located in a lively area of the city, close to multiple subway stations and shopping streets. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful.

The cleaning service was a disappointment. They continuously knocked on my door while I was still asleep, and when I finally woke up and declined the service, they still disturbed me by leaving water and towels outside my door. Additionally, the room was lacking in some basic amenities such as cups and plates, and cleaning should be done daily without request.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station in a vibrant area of the city. It's only a short walk to Hapjeong Station, making it easy to explore Seoul. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and modern bathroom amenities. The staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers some great facilities, such as a triple filtered water station in the room and a free cookie from the nearby bakery.

There could be better privacy in the shower area as there is no door and the shower is enclosed with transparent glass.
