The staff was excellent and responded quickly to all of my needs. Despite the lack of space, the hotel was very comfortable. The location was central, with easy access to the subway, bus system, restaurants, and shops. The hotel was super clean, and the staff spoke multiple languages. The Comfort Twin rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, and the hotel had great facilities like a laundry facility and guest lounge. Highly recommended!

The hotel had recently been renovated and had a very stylish design. the controls in the room were easy to use, even the table lamp. Everything I needed was within walking distance, including food, shopping, and Lotte duty-free. the location was unbeatable and made my stay very convenient. Additionally, the hotel had little touches that made a difference, such as a weighing scale in the lobby to check baggage allowance and a sink outside the bathroom for added convenience when multiple people were getting ready.

For the price I paid, the value was excellent. The room was cozy, had all the necessary amenities, and was impeccably clean. The location was superb, with plenty of sightseeing spots within walking distance and easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, except for the front desk who could have been more welcoming.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Myeongdong area. the location was superb - right next to the Metro Station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Additionally, the rooms were well-equipped and spacious, with thoughtful details like massage chairs and a handy phone. Lastly, the daily breakfast was delicious, with options available for vegetarians. All in all, this hotel provided great value for money and exceeded my expectations.

No improvements needed - everything was perfect!

The receptionist Senny was extremely helpful and friendly, answering all our queries with a smile. The breakfast offered a good variety of options to start the day off healthy. The family room on the second floor was spacious and convenient, allowing us to enjoy street food at the large dining table without worrying about the smell in our smaller room. The housekeeping service was excellent, always keeping our room tidy and promptly fulfilling our requests for extra towels and bottled water. The hotel provided a handy phone with free internet and calls to the USA/Philippines, which was a cool bonus. The heated toilet seat was a luxurious touch, reminiscent of Japan. The security at the lobby made us feel safe, and the hotel's proximity to Myeongdong was great for exploring.
