We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach and a pleasant walk to the center of town. The hotel itself was beautiful, with amazing common areas and a spa that was absolutely luxurious. The swimming pool was stunning, and we loved walking around in our robes and slippers. The restaurant had amazing views, and the cocktails we had before dinner were outstanding. The ambiance and the view from the hotel were simply breathtaking. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located about 25-30 minutes by foot from Intra-muros, allowing easy exploration of the charming old town. Guests can also enjoy a Parisian street bistro experience at the nearby restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and provide bathrobes and slippers for added convenience.

The pool facilities, as mentioned in some reviews, may not meet the expectations of those seeking a refreshing swim.

The beachfront location of Grand Hotel Des Thermes was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed long walks along the coastline and taking in the breathtaking views. The breakfast buffet was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. The spa facilities were top-notch, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. our stay was delightful and we highly recommend this hotel.

You can go for a swim in the ocean right on the waterfront, just a stone's throw away from the hotel. The Cape Horn restaurant also offers a great location to enjoy a refreshing swim while enjoying a delicious meal. Additionally, the hotel's location on the promenade makes it easy to reach the beach and take a dip in the sparkling waters.

The customer service could use some improvement, as some guests have mentioned receiving poor service and a lack of attention to their needs.

We had an exceptional experience at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, and sauna, were all of the highest quality. the swimming pool and Jacuzzi were particularly impressive, and the beach access provided fantastic views of the ocean.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the service at the restaurant. While the food was excellent, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and it took longer than expected to receive our meals.
