The worst aspects of my Easter stay were the noise levels and the lack of soundproofing in the hotel. Unfortunately, the noise from the nearby bars and streets could be heard prominently in my room, which made it difficult to have a peaceful night's sleep.

We were provided with everything we needed, from ironing facilities to an electric kettle, and the staff even helped us arrange a paid airport shuttle. The bar/lounge area was a great place to relax with a drink, and the 24-hour reception made check-in and check-out very easy. this hotel provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the main attractions. It is close to the main square, where you can find markets, restaurants, and shops. the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, allowing for easy access to other cities and the airport. The rooms are comfortable and well-decorated, providing a pleasant stay for guests.

The bed arrangement in some rooms may not be ideal, with two smaller beds pushed together instead of one large bed.

Spending Christmas in was a delight, and we found a great hotel with excellent complementary Christmas treats and wonderful staff. the location was perfect for exploring the city and all it had to offer, and the rooms and facilities were comfortable and clean. We especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the great outdoor views from the windows.

Although we felt secure and safe, we had to use earplugs to block out the noise. while the breakfast options were extensive, the coffee was not always up to our standards.
