The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, there are various amenities in the hotel, such as a cafe, bookstore, hairdresser, and restaurants. To enjoy a refreshing swim, there is an indoor pool available, although a bathing cap is required for a small fee of 5000₩. The rooms are beautifully designed with efficient staff members who provide excellent service. The breakfast is also highly recommended.

One downside mentioned by a reviewer was the difficulty in communicating with the reception staff, which caused some inconvenience during their stay.

the pool was amazing, with a lively outdoor poolside bar and talented bartenders. the DJ provided live music, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. the bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. the hotel's restaurants offered delicious food, and the rooftop bar provided a stunning view of Namsan. the location was convenient, just a 20-minute taxi ride from Gimpo airport and a short 10-minute walk to the bars of Itaewon. the hotel had excellent transportation options, with buses passing by frequently and affordable taxi rides. I was particularly impressed with the exceptional housekeeping team, who always made sure my room was immaculate. the gym and indoor pool were also noteworthy, surpassing those of other hotels I've stayed in. it was a beautiful hotel, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful, even granting an upgrade for my friend's birthday. They even deliver a bottle of water promptly upon request at 2am.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was very close to the National Museum and just a short walk to some cool eateries. The Cleo restaurant on-site served delicious food, and the service throughout our stay was top-notch. Our room was beautifully designed and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The breakfast served on our table was a great touch. The gym was spacious and well-equipped, and the outdoor pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. we had a wonderful experience.

The counter staff at the fitness center could use some improvement in their customer service skills.
