The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, the rooftop area was fantastic with a large space and adult-only pool, and there was plenty to do in the area.

Not one thing.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms and common areas being meticulously maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the fitness center and sauna on the top floor. The location was also very convenient, with the metro station just a stone's throw away. Additionally, being close to the fashion district was a big plus for me.

We had an amazing stay at Novotel! The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The staff, especially Robin, Jinho, and Sung-Taek, were friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the metro station and a huge shopping area. The breakfast was delicious and the facilities, including the pools and gym, were top-notch. We also appreciated the international wall sockets in the room. we had a pleasant and comfortable experience at Novotel.

Our 9-night stay at Novotel was excellent. The staff were incredibly helpful and the housekeeper was amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities including a kitchenette with a washer/dryer. The hotel's location was convenient, with the DDP just a 5-minute walk away and a metro station nearby. The indoor swimming pool was a hit with my son, and the smoking area beside the hotel was the best in the city. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.

The breakfast offerings could be improved. Although there was a wide variety of options, it would have been nice to have more flexibility in ordering food from the rooftop and having it delivered upstairs, rather than being limited to selecting from a few choices and having to carry our own food.

The location of the hotel is very convenient for travelers. It is just a short distance from Incheon airport, allowing for easy access and a smooth start to your trip. Additionally, it is situated near the DDP station, making it convenient to explore the city's fashion district. Furthermore, the hotel offers direct airport transfers, providing a hassle-free journey for guests.

The breakfast brunch at the hotel seemed a bit disorganized, possibly due to the weekend rush. Despite this, the overall dining experience was still enjoyable with a variety of options available.

The location of Novotel was perfect for exploring the vibrant shopping, restaurant, and cafe scene in Dongdaemun. The spacious room and comfortable bed provided a great night's sleep. The bar and pool facilities were also a nice addition to my stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the hotel staff tried their best to accommodate my needs. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and amenities.

It was all superb.

Our stay at this hotel was extraordinary. The luxurious amenities exceeded our expectations, from the exquisite Spa & Wellness Centre to the indoor swimming pool. We appreciated the exceptional service, with staff always ready to provide assistance. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and the picturesque poolside bar added to the relaxing atmosphere. Our room's exclusive advantages, including private facilities and in-room breakfast, made us feel like royalty. The location advantages were also impressive, with several small restaurants nearby, and the hotel close to a metro station to travel downtown.

We only encountered one minor issue during our stay. Although the hotel's heated swimming pool was incredible, the noise levels from other rooms were somewhat intrusive.

Not obvious to find

The hotel is conveniently situated close to public transportation and shopping areas that made my stay comfortable. I appreciate the complimentary facilities the hotel had to offer, including the fitness center and the indoor pool, which was lovely. What's more, the staff service was friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcomed and appreciated.

My stay wasn't entirely perfect. The room's ventilation was somewhat poor, and the smell from other rooms persisted.

Stayed in the residence unit with all the amenities needed, including a washing machine. Techy room settings controlled by smartphone. Enough outlets for charging devices. Amazing location with delicious food nearby. Spacious room with beautiful view. Huge bathtub. Friendly staff.
