We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the parking attendant. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a spacious room and a very comfortable bed. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby restaurants, shops, and cafes in a lively neighborhood. It was also conveniently located near Gangnam and COEX, making it easy to explore this city for fun or leisure. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options, including fruit, salad, rice, meat. we were very impressed with the cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation, location by restaurants and shops.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern and automated room at Pharos Hotel. The king bed was incredibly comfortable and the jetted tub was a luxurious touch. We enjoyed watching English language movies on the available movie channel. The front desk staff were fantastic, providing excellent suggestions and directions in decent English. we highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Seoul.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The location was perfect, just a short walking distance from the subway station and bus stop. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it convenient to explore the city.

Not one thing.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The interior was stunning and our Superior Double room was spacious and clean. We loved the big bathtub where we could watch TV while soaking. The bed and pillows were super comfortable too. The hotel's location in a very commercial area with plenty of restaurants nearby was a great advantage. We were also very close to Gangnam and COEX, and within a short walk to the subway station.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The room size was large and clean, and the bathroom was amazing with a spacious spa tub. We were able to relax together every night. the location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. We could also walk to Lotte World, Lotte Shopping Mall, and the Olympic Stadium within 15 minutes.

The area around the hotel felt a bit sketchy at night, as it was not on the main street. the subway was a bit far, and at night it could get empty and dark, which was a bit unsettling.

We had a good stay in a residential area with lots of local restaurants around. It was easy to find restaurants too. The room was tidy and cozy, and the staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. We enjoyed the convenience of the nearby subway stations. it was a pleasant stay with no annoying noise and just in general a good stay.

The heating system was very noisy.

the location was perfect for exploring the city. It was near Jamsil, where the Lotte World malls are located, and on the bar street. The hotel was just off the main road and surrounded by restaurants and shops, making it convenient for dining and shopping. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. I loved the nice bathtub and the fact that everything was kept clean. Lastly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
