The remodeling is beautiful. Spacious room with shower dispensers. Great location. Delicious and well-stocked breakfast. The outside fire pit, TV, and long desk space were nice.

We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn in West Chester. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient and close to everything we wanted to do. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a great variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, not far from a shopping mall and away from most of the riff raff hotels closer to major attractions. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, including the spacious and well-designed rooms with dispensers in the shower. The staff at this hotel were amazing, going above and beyond to accommodate us. They provided helpful advice on nearby activities, complimentary breakfast, and even drinks at the bar.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Inn - Cincinnati. Our visit was for a last-minute Labor Day weekend trip to Kings Island and Newport Aquarium. The hotel's location was excellent, just 5 minutes away from our destinations. The on-site restaurant was also very nice. The staff went above and beyond to make things right when we found out that the indoor pool was drained. They offered complimentary breakfast and drinks, and gave us tips on nearby activities. The beds and showers were clean and comfy, and the property was well-maintained.

The staff was friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with a like-new, king-size bed that ensured a good night's sleep. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a nice bonus. I was impressed with the value for money and attention to detail at this hotel.

The hotel had clean and comfortable rooms, and the staff was professional and friendly. the location was convenient for my needs and it offered easy access to nearby attractions. Additionally, the restaurant on-site provided delicious food and excellent service.

There were a few maintenance issues in the room, such as a leaking faucet and bathroom counter, as well as a lack of shampoo in the dispenser. the bed sheets had some little balls on them, which wasn't the most comfortable.

The location was awesome, being only minutes away from a variety of restaurants and stores. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance, including a mall, restaurants, a comedy club, and a movie theater. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, and the basic amenities in the rooms were just what I needed to get motivated in the morning. The comfortable and clean rooms truly made my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the breakfast served in the restaurant/bar was a great option, giving me the freedom to buy what I liked and have it charged to my room.
