The view from the hotel, including that from the tub in the bathroom, was absolutely stunning. I was in awe of the beautiful scenery. the staff members at the ground floor entrance were incredibly gracious, always wearing a smile and ready to lend a hand. the entire team, especially the concierge and front desk, were the epitome of professionalism. I must give a special shout-out to Mr Richard Bae, the head manager of STAY, who went above and beyond to make our meal with friends and kids one of the most memorable experiences of our lives. He even made sure the kids got extra fries and ice cream, which made their day. This is exactly what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. the staff is friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. the rooms are not only beautifully designed, but also incredibly comfortable. And let's not forget about that breathtaking view! the hotel facilities, including the spa, restaurants, and bar, were all amazing. And as an added bonus, the hotel is conveniently located above a fantastic shopping mall with a wide variety of shops and activities.

The rooms are clean and modern with excellent bedding for a comfortable sleep. The bathroom is well-equipped and the service from the staff is exceptional. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options. The view of the city and river is breathtaking, especially at night.

The parking can sometimes be frustrating and confusing, resulting in a delay of exit when the movie crowd is leaving.
