My recent stay at Hilton Garden Inn in Brookline was convenient and located near a variety of restaurants and attractions. The rooms were spacious, well laid out, attractive, and comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on in a hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a 24-hour self-service snack/coffee kiosk available. The hotel also had a swimming pool and free WiFi, which were great for entertainment purposes.

While the dining room had a couple of issues, such as burnt wings and limited food choices for dinner, the service and salad were good. Additionally, the lack of luggage personnel and housekeeping only upon request were minor inconveniences.

The location was convenient for visiting Harvard, with a short Uber drive of about 20 minutes. the property itself was new, spacious, and clean, and the staff was courteous. We especially appreciated the reasonable rates and the fact that there was no minimum stay requirement. Hilton Garden Inn Boston Brookline, Ma provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The room was exceptionally clean and modern. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable bed and high-end furnishings. Even though the air conditioning blew directly on the bed, the temperature was easily adjusted. The location was convenient for getting to the city center via nearby public transportation. I'll recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to our daughter's apartment, the green line, and several great restaurants. the room was spacious and beautifully laid out, with a super comfortable bed that provided the best night's sleep. I especially loved the large desk, perfect for catching up on work. the staff at the front desk and valet were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated the 24-hour self-service snack/coffee kiosk. Hilton Garden Inn Boston exceeded our expectations.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, with everything we needed within walking distance, including the train, restaurants, and stores. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were also impressed with the hotel's amenities, including the shuttle service to Dana Farber, which was a wonderful perk. We had a great dining experience at the onsite restaurant, Punch Bowl. we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying here again.

We loved staying at this hotel because it was near Brigham and Women’s Hospital and had a convenient hospital shuttle. The accommodations were spacious and comfortable, perfect for us as youngsters. The onsite restaurant was a great feature, and we particularly enjoyed Nalda's hospitality. Additionally, being able to walk along the Emerald trail, which is right across from the hotel, was a fantastic experience.

We felt very relaxed during our stay, and the hotel staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble for us.

The finishes in the room felt cheap, such as the polyester blankets, paper cups instead of glasses, and plastic shower. the absence of a safe and keycard controls on the elevators made us worried about our belongings.

Recently stayed at Hilton Garden Inn in Boston for a family trip. The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops and restaurants in the longwood area. The staff, particularly Alec, Baba, and Ruth at the front desk, provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to accommodate our family's needs. The rooms had beautiful views of Boston and the hotel had great facilities including a swimming pool and free wifi. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable, especially Cress who always made our daughter smile with his sense of humor. Would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with kids.
