During my stay, I found the hotel conveniently located next to Lotte World, making it easy to access and very convenient with the kids. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations and even writing down addresses in Korean for me. Additionally, the breakfast with extensive views over the lake was truly fantastic. the facilities, including the spacious rooms, smart room devices, excellent shower facilities, pools.

My friends and I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to Lotte World and a nice running track around the lake. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern design that we loved. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were met. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. We also enjoyed the fitness club and swimming pool, which had amazing views. it was a fabulous experience.

The elevator system was a bit confusing and slow, which was a minor inconvenience during our stay.
