The Luxury Room with 2 Single Beds was comfortable, but the shower's drainage was a concern. The elevator system felt complicated, as transfers were necessary to reach different floors. Staff were available for assistance, but improvements on the plumbing and elevator access would enhance guest experience. Great for groups willing to navigate the challenges.

Blimey, the view from me room lookin' over Seokchon Lake and Lotte World Tower was well worth it! Staff were absolutely lovely, and the breakfast spread was proper lush! Only downside was the smog took the shine off me views. Still, what a stay!

our stay at sofitel was fantastic! the customer service was stellar from start to finish. the kids loved the divided swimming pools for adults and children. plus, being next to the lotte world tower made exploring super easy. our family room was cozy and perfect for making memories.

We had a fantastic family stay at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul for 3 nights! The Luxury Room with 2 Single Beds was impressive with its spacious layout and beautiful decor. The breakfast was incredible, offering a stunning view over Seokchon Lake, and the pool area had amazing outdoor jacuzzis. We loved the gym too. it felt more like a resort!

The check-in experience was slightly frustrating.

The Luxury Room had a kitchenette with a microwave and a coffee machine. A comfy seating area. Excited for the fitness center and indoor pool! The spa facilities were top notch, and the kids' pool was perfect for the little ones. Check-in was smooth, and the room had all the amenities needed to relax.

the breakfast buffet has a simple yet elegantly presented spread of quality food. when we checked in, the lobby was crowded and took a long time.

The stunning views from the rooms, especially overlooking Seokchon Lake, were mesmerizing. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable.

While the swimming pool was excellent, we faced a delay during check-in, which could be improved for better guest experience.

Though the swimming pool was crowded, it was great to unwind in the luxury room. An elevator switch is needed but manageable. Book spa services early!

My stay at the Sofitel Ambassador Seoul was absolutely luxurious! The indoor swimming pool with a view was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. I felt like royalty enjoying the spa and wellness center, where every treatment was a slice of heaven!

But, oh dear, the air pollution decided to steal our view! Not the hotel's fault, but I was ready for a lake selfie, not a smog portrait!

Enjoyed the indoor pool, fitness center, and free bike rentals. We loved the kids' club for our little ones, and the 24-hour front desk staff were super helpful. Perfect location near lots of restaurants and shops made it easy to explore!

Oh, the baked apples at Sofitel are a dream! The breakfast buffet was simply divine, especially the view over Sokchon Lake while indulging in those sweet delights. We also loved the spacious Magnifique Family Room that felt like our cozy home away from home.
