The location of the hotel is great, as it is near to the subway station and provides easy access to explore the city. It is also suitable for first-time travelers to the city. The hotel staff were accommodating when we needed to exchange currency, allowing us to leave our luggage and offering helpful suggestions.

The hotel only provided one key card for three people in a room, and additional key cards required a deposit. This could be inconvenient for guests who want to explore the city separately.

The hotel facilities were excellent, and I especially appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities and the small refrigerator in my room. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the vibrant Dongdaemun shopping area and the Dongdaemun History and Cultural Park Station, which allows easy access to three subway lines. The convenience of being near public transportation, including the Airport Limousine, made exploring this city a breeze.

Great location - The hotel is conveniently located near the Dongdaemun shopping area and close to the subway station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and visit popular attractions. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants around the hotel, making it convenient to grab a bite to eat.

Lack of amenities - We were disappointed to find that some standard amenities were missing, such as toothbrushes. It would have been nice to have these provided in the room, especially for a hotel of this caliber.

Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with everything in a very good condition and a comfortable double bed. Additionally, the location of the hotel near the famous Dongdaemun shopping district was a major bonus, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Lastly, the breakfast served was included in the rate and offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

During my stay, I arrived at 8am but couldn't check in until 2pm. However, the hotel's convenient location allowed me to explore nearby attractions while waiting.
