Nice rooms with great facilities, including whirlpool, steam shower, infrared sauna, and B&O Sound and TV. Friendly staff and excellent view. Very quiet location.

We stayed in a luxurious penthouse suite with a hot tub on the balcony. The views of the snowy mountains were absolutely breathtaking! This place is conveniently located within walking distance to the beautiful lake, shops, and the train station. It was the best holiday we've ever had!

The breathtaking view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. I could have spent hours just soaking in the beauty of it. The room itself was well-designed and had all the necessary facilities like a whirlpool, steam shower, and a B&O sound system. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even better. The tranquility of the hotel made it a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Nothing to dislike.

We had a great stay at a hotel close to the shopping area, transport museum, and Lucerne lake. The room was fantastic, with whirlpool, steam shower, and a great view. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The facilities, like the B&O Sound and TV, added to our comfortable stay.

One minor issue was that the hot tub needed water replacement after a few uses.
