During my Easter holiday, I had a great experience staying in a beautiful hotel with amazing views of snowy mountains. The technology in the room was not great, as there were no English channels on the TV and the DVD player was hard to use. , the breakfast options were limited, especially for vegetarians.

We had a great stay at a hotel close to the shopping area, transport museum, and Lucerne lake. The room was fantastic, with whirlpool, steam shower, and a great view. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. The facilities, like the B&O Sound and TV, added to our comfortable stay.

One minor issue was that the hot tub needed water replacement after a few uses.
