Our stay at this hotel was luxurious and comfortable. The room had exclusive amenities including a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. The staff provided exceptional service and catered to our every need. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch with a sauna, swimming pool, massage and beauty treatments. The restaurant offered delicious food and a beautiful ambiance. We enjoyed a private facility as well with a treatment room and a seasonal outdoor pool. The location was great, with easy access to the subway station and several restaurants.

During our stay, the only minor issue we faced was the inadequate cleanliness of the apartment. Although it was furnished with taste and high standards, the maintenance could have been better.

I had a fantastic stay at The Classic 500 Pentaz Executive Residence. The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped, perfect for my family of five. The view from our room was breathtaking, offering a great cityscape to enjoy. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and I especially loved the automatic toilet - such a luxurious touch!

Conveniently located near Konkuk university with great views over the city from the 17th floor. Spacious open floorplan, perfect for 4 or 5 people, with a large living room and 80-inch TV. Beds in the bedroom were adjustable, and the apartment had a laundry machine with wash and dry functions, as well as an oven.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The suite was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen appliances and washing machine were very convenient. The location was perfect, right across the street from the underground metro station, making it easy to explore this city. Additionally, they offered free parking, which was a huge plus. The hotel was situated near a big department store and shopping mall, providing easy access to various amenities. The staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke good English, making communication hassle-free.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is right outside of the station on the main Seoul circle line. This made it very convenient for us to explore the city and visit all the attractions. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom. The staff were also very nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

That we had to pay for extra amenities, such as toothpaste and toothbrushes, which was a bit disappointing.

Everything was spot on.

The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated and had everything you could wish for. The city views were stunning, and the location was perfect - right next to department stores and a subway station, and surrounded by fantastic restaurants. I also loved the high-tech gym and great pool. The complementary supermarket and Starbucks in the hotel were a great bonus, making my stay even more comfortable.

The breakfast buffet was not great - it was limited and not suitable for vegans or vegetarians. , the temperature was difficult to control in the rooms - it was either too hot or too cold.
