Clean and comfortable rooms with an inner door to reduce outside noise. The gym and outdoor pool are fantastic. Convenient access to a shopping center with ATMs and a supermarket. Excellent buffet breakfast with a variety of options. I had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

All was perfect.

The outdoor pool was a great place to relax and get some sun. the gym was also a good option for staying active during my city break. the location of the hotel was ideal, with plenty of options for eating and shopping nearby. Plus, the staff was very friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were a bit outdated and the bed could have been more comfortable. the restaurant was a bit overpriced for the quality of the food offered.

our stay at jacaranda hotel nairobi was fantastic! the staff were welcoming, the breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. the location was perfect for shopping and the pool and gym were amazing. highly recommend jane's massages - she worked wonders on my back and neck!

I got great value for my money at Jacaranda Hotel. The room was comfortable and had a nice historic feel to it. The location was convenient, with a mall and restaurants nearby. The staff treated me like family and were always ready to help.

The breakfast option could be improved by offering more variety.
