We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was wonderful, offering to help us with our bags and making us feel like friends rather than guests. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with convenient amenities like a fridge, microwave, and fully stocked coffee pot. The breakfast was delicious and well-stocked, and the staff was always available to assist. The location was perfect, as the hotel was close to the airport, shopping area, and restaurants. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, breakfast, and staff were the best aspects of our stay.

The hotel was conveniently located, just a short drive away from local attractions and amenities. the room was clean and well-maintained, with fresh bedding and a comfortable bed.

There were a couple of negative aspects to our experience. upon arrival, the room had not been properly cleaned and the door was left ajar from the previous guests.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms, tasteful decor, and comfortable beds. The cleanliness of both the room and bathroom was exceptional. The shower had great water flow and the bowed out shower curtain was a nice touch. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of self-serve options like fresh made waffles, bagels, and cereal. The staff, especially the young man who checked us in at night, was very friendly and accommodating.

super 8 impressed us again during our stay in massena. the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, providing excellent recommendations for our visit. the room was clean and comfortable, and the included breakfast was convenient. wifi was strong and parking visible from our room. would stay again if in massena.

super 8 in massena exceeded my expectations. the room was larger than expected and tastefully decorated. the beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful. overall, a great value for the price.

The bathroom and beds were clean, which was a relief. Also, the fact that everything in the room worked correctly was a pleasant surprise. Additionally, I appreciated that there was a fridge and a microwave in the room, as well as a fully stocked coffee pot.

I was disappointed that the only available room was a smoking room, and the smell was quite noticeable. Additionally, the beds were only full size, not queen, which made for a less comfortable sleeping experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel for our family reunion. The bed was comfortable, and the lady at the front desk was awesome! The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was very close to our family and right around the corner from all the stores we needed. We also loved that there was a great Italian restaurant across the street.

Stayed at a hotel on graduation weekend, arrived late and the front desk was wonderful. They even offered to help with our bags. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot fully stocked. The breakfast area had excellent coffee and the staff was always attentive. The friendly front desk person made sure everything was stocked, even changing the waffle mix. I felt like a friend rather than a guest. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We stayed at Super 8 for our annual 4th of July family reunion and it was perfect! The hotel was easily accessible, with good parking and close to everything we needed. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. We loved having a large screen TV, microwave, and fridge in the room. The coffee in the breakfast area was excellent, and the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose Super 8 again if we visit.
