It was situated in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and bars, making it a great choice for those looking to explore the local nightlife. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the bus terminal and right off the subway, making it easy to get around the city. Secondly, the staff were exceptional. They were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities provided. I was very impressed with the value for money and the attention to detail at this hotel.

During our stay at Reborn Suwon Silkroad, we encountered a plumbing issue in our bathroom. We immediately informed the front desk, and to our surprise, they promptly sent maintenance to fix the problem. Not only did they address the issue quickly, but they also offered us a room change without hesitation. The staff's efficiency and willingness to ensure our comfort were remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service.

The hotel staff were really accommodating and always willing to help with any questions we had. the location was perfect for exploring the nearby restaurants and cafes. the breakfast was delicious and affordable, with plenty of options to choose from.

some of the digital facilities in the room were a bit confusing to use and the lack of bed lighting made it difficult to read or work in bed at night. However, overall, we had a great experience at this hotel and would recommend it to others.
