The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and helpful. We were picked up from the bus station and driven to the hotel, and they even arranged transportation for us to the cable station. The Kaiseki meals were superb and the onsen was amazing. The view from our room was stunning. I highly recommend this hotel.

They even picked me up at the bus station. the room was spacious and very comfortable. the food is amazing, lots of varieties to eat. One of the best meals I have had in Japan! the location is perfect, surrounded by beautiful landscapes, great for hiking. And after a long day hiking, the onsen baths are perfect for relaxing.
