I recently stayed for nine nights at Cross Life, primarily to explore the vibrant city. The spacious room was a good retreat with a comfy bed and an excellent shower. The location couldn't be better, surrounded by numerous eateries and just a short walk to the Tenjin district. The staff were genuinely friendly, with a special shout-out to Miss Ishiga Saya for her very nice assistance. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast, and the sauna area was a perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

I can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The location was super convenient, with 7-Eleven and tasty restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly, especially Miss Ishiga Saya, who went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Plus, I loved the hot bath facility—it was a nice way to relax after a long day of exploring!

On the flip side, the room was a bit cramped for three adults and lacked sufficient cupboard space. The lighting was also pretty dim in the evenings. Housekeeping could use some improvement; they didn’t refill the soap during our stay. a fantastic experience but a few details could use tweaking!

Staying at Cross Life Hakata Tenjin with our 8-month-old was good. The spacious room was comfortable, and the modern amenities, including excellent shampoo and body wash, made our stay even more enjoyable. The public bath and sauna offered a surprisingly relaxing retreat. The staff were friendly, promptly returning our daughter's neck pillow, although housekeeping could improve on replenishing toiletries. Nearby attractions like Hakata Machiya Folk Museum and Kego Park made family outings enjoyable and easy. a great experience, with little aspects to enhance further.
