The hotel is perfectly situated right across from the ski resort, making it incredibly convenient for skiing enthusiasts like me. I loved the fact that there were plenty of eateries and indoor game centers nearby, providing a fun and lively atmosphere. The staff were so friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed and comfortable throughout my stay. The rooms were very clean, and the amenities provided, such as the heating and air conditioning, were top-notch.

Although it would have been nice to have more towels provided, I found that the face towel they gave per person was sufficient for my needs. Additionally, it would be helpful for the hotel to notify guests about the closing time of the shops, as they all shut down at 10 pm.

We loved staying at this resort! The location is fantastic, with various slopes to choose from and the convenience of being near the cinema. The room was spacious and clean, and we especially enjoyed the comfortable traditional rice husk pillows. The bathroom was well-maintained and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always willing to help despite the language barrier. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the view from our balcony was breathtaking, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

The lack of easily available taxis, which made transportation a bit inconvenient.

Had a fantastic weekend trying out skiing for the first time! the all-in-one package included gear rental, a basic lesson, and round-trip coach bus, making it easy to get started. There were also plenty of lockers available for storing our belongings. Plus, the rental outfits kept us warm on the slopes. We also enjoyed the convenience of the easy access to the ski area from our room, allowing us to take breaks and warm up whenever we needed to.

Our room wasn't up to standards. It was not cleaned properly, and we found used tissues and soap from previous guests.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and welcoming room at Vivaldi Park. The underfloor heating warmed up the room nicely, although I had to open the balcony door slightly to let in some fresh air. The facilities in the underground shopping and entertainment center were fantastic, with a supermarket that had everything I needed. The water park, although small, was still enjoyable and a unique experience to swim outdoors in the cold weather. I had a nice stay at Vivaldi Park.
