The room was absolutely beautiful, with stunning ceiling art and spaciousness. It was a privilege to wake up each morning in such a luxurious environment. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions, and the soundproofing in the room ensured a quiet and peaceful night's sleep.

The signage outside the hotel could be clearer, as we walked past the building a couple of times before finding it. It would be helpful if the hotel had more visible signage to make it easier for guests to locate.

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the spacious rooms and beautiful decor. The rooms were much bigger and more beautiful than the pictures showed. The fresco ceilings were a stunning feature that added a unique touch to our stay. The location was perfect, only a 10-minute walk to the city center. The staff was delightful, always accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was great and we enjoyed the well-stocked mini bar at fair prices. the Hotel Firenze Capitale exceeded our expectations and we would choose it again if we return to Firenze.

We had a wonderful stay at a hidden gem in the heart of Florence. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to both the old town and new town. The owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating to our requests. The cleanliness of the hotel, especially our spotless room, was impressive. The spacious room with its beautiful painted ceiling made us feel like we were in Renaissance Florence. Despite being near the entrance and breakfast room, the room was incredibly quiet. The key card system was convenient and provided added security. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of sweet and savory options. Although the public parking lot was a bit pricey, it kept our car safe. I highly recommend this hotel for an authentic and comfortable Florence experience.
