The hotel's central location is a huge advantage, as it is just across Galla restaurant and within walking distance to the main city center areas. The staff at the reception is very kind and the service is available 24/7. Not only were the rooms clean and peaceful, but some even had a nice balcony with a great view. The breakfast, served by extremely professional staff, was always on time and very complete.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

We stayed at a centrally located hotel in Pristina for a week and had a fantastic experience. The room was always clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They even helped us find a compatible laptop plug! The hotel's restaurant had delicious food with generous portions, and there was a wonderful bar just across the road. We also used one of the conference rooms for a workshop, and the staff was great and the facilities were adequate. we highly recommend this hotel for a quality stay in Pristina without breaking the bank.

The hotel's location was great, just a short walk away from the main square and all the shops and restaurants in the area. the staff were friendly and helpful whenever we had a question. the room had a comfy bed and nice view from the window.

Our stay during Christmas wasn't as enjoyable as we had hoped. the heating in the room didn't work well enough and we had to wear extra layers as it was freezing cold.

Almost everything we wanted to visit, whether it was for shopping, dining, or exploring the city, was just a short walk away. The hotel had a retro charm to it, and we appreciated the free wireless in our room, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. The staff spoke excellent English and were more than happy to offer us recommendations on places to visit. Despite occasional power outages and low water pressure , we found our stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. we would highly recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly service.
