The location of the hotel is great, close to a huge shopping center which is really convenient for any needs one might have. there are plenty of restaurants nearby where guests can enjoy a variety of cuisines. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with stylish bathrooms. The staff is friendly, polite, and always ready to help, providing excellent service.

There were some issues with the breakfast variety, as some items were cold and there was minimal variety.

Additionally, there was no elevator in the property, making it inconvenient to access the rooms. The lack of offered luggage service was also frustrating.
