The hotel is conveniently located close to many attractions in Luang Prabang. Guests can easily explore the city as it is in the path of the morning alms procession, allowing them to witness this traditional ceremony. it is near enough to the night market, providing easy access to local handicrafts and street food. visitors can easily reach KoangSi Waterfall Park, a stunning natural attraction in the area.

Some guests mentioned that there may be noise issues in the ground floor rooms, particularly from upstairs neighbors or housekeeping. Although this can be bothersome, it is a minor flaw that can be easily addressed by the hotel's management.

French colonial rooms with dark shutters, large comfortable beds, and brilliant AC. Helpful staff and fabulous location. Best breakfast and lovely food. Amazing cocktails and great access to bikes and other facilities. Stunning property with tasteful decor. Excellent service and genuinely helpful staff. Exceptional tours and activities. Manager Audrey goes out of her way to ensure guest satisfaction.

Stayed at this hotel over new year and it had a great location - close to the action but still quiet enough. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of options and the free airport shuttle was a nice touch.

Rooms were a bit small and dated, could use a renovation. We had some issues with the water pressure in the shower but the staff were quick to fix it.

The location of this hotel is the best thing about it. It's supremely convenient and offers easy access to temples, the night market, the Mekong River, and various stores and shops. Everything is within a short walking distance, which makes exploring the city a breeze. The staff here are all very nice and willing to modify plans to cater to my needs. It seemed like every staff member knew me by the end of Day 1. The service here is superb and truly goes above and beyond.

As a recommendation, this hotel is perfect for families.
