The staff were kind, attentive, and made our trip even better. The location was great, close to the airport and within walking distance to the city center. The room was well-appointed and had convenient charging areas. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The service was top-notch, with helpful staff at the front desk, concierge, and spa. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options. We also enjoyed the poolside service with comfortable chairs and friendly staff.

The air conditioning in the room was a little weak.

The breakfast at Crowne Plaza was absolutely incredible. The selection was vast and the food was of the highest quality. It was definitely the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The bed in our room was amazingly comfortable and the pillow menu was a nice touch. The shower was hot and powerful, providing a truly relaxing experience. The staff were polite and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. The swimming pool was also lovely, perfect for unwinding after a long day. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing comfort and unforgettable breakfast.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Vientiane for a week-long trip. The staff were friendly and the room was equipped with everything I needed, including extra USB charging points. The swimming pool and outdoor spaces were spacious and relaxing. The location, just a 10-minute drive from the airport, was convenient. The rooms were large and the breakfast was fantastic. the hotel provided great value for its position, comfort, service, and costs.

I would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The room was decent and we got a complementary fruit basket and bottle of water. the location was good and we found some cool spots to hang out nearby. Oh, and the bathroom was really nice with a big shower.

But my romantic escape was kind of ruined by the noise from construction outside my window! And the staff didn't seem to care much when I mentioned it.

I recently stayed at Crowne Plaza in Vientiane for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel staff was great and the whole place felt calm and serene. The rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, with big bathtubs and comfortable beds. The lighting was perfect and the hotel had a modern gym and an excellent pool. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious, and the restaurant was visually appealing and had great taste. I had a fantastic stay and I will definitely be returning when I visit again.

I do recommend this hotel.

the exclusive amenities delivered an outstanding experience, especially the Spa & wellness centre and the Swimming pool. the staff was always happy to assist and friendly. the room was modern, clean and comfy, with exclusive advantages to make the stay even more pleasant.

As a minor issue, the restaurant service was slow, despite not being very busy. Nevertheless, this didn't affect the overall experience.
