I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in Luang Prabang. The staff at Jasmine were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were always there to help, even with the limited English communication. One of the highlights was being able to rent scooters from them with locks without leaving our passports, which was a big plus. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the pool added a nice touch. If you're a night owl like us, they always had someone available to open the gate and let you in, so you can enjoy the nightlife. the staff, location, and amenities made our stay at Jasmine unforgettable.

One of the highlights of our stay was the swimming pool, which also offered massage services. It was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff at Jasmine Luangprabang were fantastic - very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely AMAZING and went above and beyond to make our stay incredible! They were so friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late with no charges. They even waived the transport fee to the airport when we were short on local currency. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with main attractions nearby. We were blown away by the level of service and hospitality.

Great value for money, central location, pool, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable lobby with good wifi. Conveniently located near convenience store, restaurants, night markets, and riverfront. Family rooms perfect for groups, spacious with solid furniture, separate bathrooms and toilets, no wet floors. Well-accommodated by attentive and helpful staff. Quiet and peaceful area with a "feeling" of home amidst luxury. Superb breakfast selection. Highly recommended!

The outdoor pool: Splashing around in the pool felt like diving into a refreshing oasis, making me forget the scorching heat of Luang Prabang.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Kevin, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He was always available and went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel is situated in a great location, within walking distance to the bars and restaurants overlooking the Mekong River. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere on the nice little side road. The amenities provided, such as bike hire, transport, and laundry services, were convenient and added to our enjoyable experience. On top of that, the check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with refreshing juice and a platter of delicious cut fruit.

This hotel is located down another alley before the tourist spot, making it very close to the night market. It is also near to all the main tourist sites in the Old Town which was delightful. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. They provide free bottled water and the staff is incredibly friendly, offering great service.

The breakfast options were poor, with burnt omelettes and instant noodle soup. Staff members were unprofessional and didn't offer replacements or apologize, despite the language barrier.
