I visited to experience the stunning local culture and explore the charming night market. What stood out the most during my stay was the beautiful setting surrounded by lotus ponds—a truly enchanting experience. Additionally, the breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of delicious Lao and Western dishes, perfect for fueling a day of sightseeing. Overall, it was a delightful retreat that felt like a peaceful oasis amidst the vibrant town.

Beautiful gardens, attentive staff, the well-decorated rooms included comfortable beds and modern furnishings plus the relaxing spa offered the best massage I had in all of Asia.

my previous stay in luang prabang was nice, but this time it truly exceeded my expectations during our honeymoon. the beautiful gardens and lotus ponds created a serene atmosphere that was perfect for relaxation. the spacious room and helpful staff made our experience even more enjoyable.

the air conditioning was a bit erratic.

absolutely beautiful gardens but our room was too close to the noisy street, woudl ve been better in a quieter area. poor WiFi too, had to beg for a dongle. as a matter of fact, woudl have appreciated a complimentary upgrade as compensation for all these inconveniences. almost thought of leaving a better review but just couldn’t.

During my stay, I was placed in a room that was disturbingly close to the street, which made for a noisy experience. It felt like families were inconvenienced by being allocated to less desirable areas of the hotel. Additionally, I noticed that the WiFi was quite weak in my room, and despite bringing it up, the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns until I insisted on a solution.

The serene atmosphere created by the meticulously maintained gardens and lily ponds was a delightful escape after a long day of exploration.

While the breakfast selection was good, I found the hot food options could use more variety, which would enhance the dining experience.

Service was attentive but minor delays occurred during peak meal times.

It was just a fine choice for a fleeting moment in Luang Prabang with fantastic value. The lotus ponds are a beautiful feature that really add to the experience. Make sure to try the spa for a relaxing treatment.

Unfortunately, my room didn't get cleaned twice while I was out. I thought maybe it was on vacation too!

the ponds with lotus flowers were breathtaking. the hotel is surrounded by three UNESCO classified lily ponds, with peaceful walkways guiding you through the gardens to the breakfast area and pool. Breakfast was tasty, with a good selection. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly!
