I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with close proximity to all major stations and a big 7-11 nearby for convenience. The area also had a great selection of restaurants to choose from. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, there were Church services available nearby. The hotel was also conveniently located near the Tanimachi-4-chome subway station, making transportation around the city easy.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms at this hotel. the rooms were spacious and well-appointed. Additionally, the hotel's location was key for me as it was close to Osaka Castle, which allowed me to easily explore the area and enjoy the festive atmosphere.

One of the negative aspects was that the hotel was a little out of the way for other tourist destinations, so I had to rely on trains to get around. Another downside was that the staff's English language skills were not the best, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

We got great value for our money with clean, spacious rooms and a convenient location near public transport and Osaka Castle. The staff at Lutheran were polite, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist us during a difficult time.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. the location was fantastic - just a short 3-minute walk from the station, making it easy to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel is situated in Osaka's business district and is only a block away from Osaka castle, providing a breathtaking view from some of the rooms. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating and the rooms were spacious with all the basic amenities, including a good-sized bathroom and the usual appliances. The highlight was the comfortable huge bed – perfect for a good night's sleep. Lastly, the breakfast included in the price was fantastic with a wide variety of choices, both Japanese and Western. this hotel offers excellent value for the money.

The best aspects of my stay were the helpful and friendly staff who spoke decent English. the room was surprisingly spacious and well, supplied with amenities, making for a comfortable stay. the hotel also had convenient facilities such as an ice machine, trouser press, and a coin, operated laundry room. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Osaka Castle and the history museum was a great advantage, allowing for easy access to these attractions. Despite the language barrier, there were also numerous eating places in the surrounding area, although it was challenging for non, Japanese speakers to find a restaurant with understandable menus. my stay at this hotel provided a satisfactory start to my Japan holiday.

The worst aspects of my stay were the old, uncomfortable bathroom and the poor amenities. the faucets were difficult to adjust, and the water was freezing cold.
