Beautiful gardens and attentive staff. the pool area was a peaceful retreat with lots of trees and plants. We enjoyed the fresh juice and breakfast selection available each morning. the hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance of several attractions and restaurants.

The rooms were missing a few key amenities, including coffee makers and robes. the Wi-Fi connection was also weak in some areas of the hotel.

Comfy bed, beautiful bathrooms, spacious hotel, stunning gardens, friendly front desk staff, nice spa. Warm welcome with cold towel and iced drink, clean and well-equipped room. Most comfortable bed ever, plus a complimentary foot massage. Excellent service and impeccable staff. Wonderful pool, great location, good shuttle service. Expansive grounds, luxurious rooms with indoor and outdoor tubs. Delicious breakfast and outstanding service. Quick shuttle or bike ride to town, arranged a fantastic driver for us.

This hotel is an amazing luxury retreat with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. The staff was always ready to assist with friendly and prompt service. The Spa & wellness center was top-notch, with a fully-equipped treatment room and a wide range of beauty treatments and massages available. We also loved the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace, with plenty of sun loungers for relaxation. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, and the poolside snack bar had a great selection of drinks and snacks. We especially enjoyed the BBQ facilities and live entertainment provided during our stay.

The only minor issue we experienced here was the lack of a leisure/TV room. While the hotel offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities and entertainment, sometimes we just wanted a cozy space to relax indoors.

Classic property with French colonial and Lao culture, friendly staff, perfect service, beautiful gardens and setting, attentive staff.
