The staff at Lancaster Eden Bay exceeded my expectations. From the manager to the beach staff, their hospitality was unmatched. The hotel is perfect for a relaxing getaway in Beirut. The sea view from the rooms, the comfortable furniture, and the lighting created a peaceful atmosphere. I especially appreciated the espresso machine in the room. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Special mention to Omar, the outstanding receptionist who made us feel welcome. We even received a late checkout on the day of departure.
