Stunning views, spacious and clean rooms with new furniture, extra comfortable bed, amazing lobby and fireplace, excellent staff, upgraded due to frequent stays.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The value for money was excellent, with a spacious, comfortable, and clean room that made for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit.

The breakfast selection could be improved with better quality coffee and bakery items.

The Mist Hotel & Spa offered an excellent and amazing stay! I really enjoyed my time there and would love to come again. The hotel is clean, modern, and classy. The location is beautiful and the interior design is stunning. The bed in my room was extremely comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The pools and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxation. The breakfast, although not traditional Lebanese, was still good and the waiters were helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Spent New Year’s Eve at this hotel. Great view from the room and balcony. Loved the massage and the spacious and clean bedrooms.

The indoor pool was too cold to enjoy. the food at breakfast was not appetizing, and the staff was lacking in numbers and did not seem concerned about our requests.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the touristic sights and nestled on a hill with a stunning view of the valley and mountains. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean and well-equipped bathroom. The staff were friendly and tried their best to accommodate our needs. Despite the limited breakfast selection, we were able to enjoy a delicious meal at Al Fardouss restaurant nearby. the hotel had great facilities and advantages such as a pool and spa that promised to enhance the guest experience.

One negative aspect was the low responsiveness and efficiency of the front office staff, which affected the overall service quality.

The establishment had a luxurious Spa & wellness centre which provided exclusive amenities, including a sauna and massage services. the indoor swimming pool was spotless and the steam room was also spot-on. the seasonal outdoor pool was well maintained and the garden area was serene. the leisure/ TV room was very comfortable, with a wide selection of channels. the private facilities in the room, including the bed and bathroom, were exceptional. the breakfast was appetizing with an assortment of mouth-watering dishes.

There was only one minor issue: some of the staff needed more training. They did not explain all the activities and facilities in this hotel.
