Had a great getaway with friends! The villa was spacious, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and loved the nearby strip mall. They even surprised us with a birthday cake for our friend's daughter! Just be ready for some renovations around, but it didn't affect our fun.

The pools were pure lekker, and the staff at the pool were so friendly, always ready to help out. The golf cart service around the place made getting around a breeze! Plus, got to grab some tasty brekkie at Sanderson’s. Really chilled vibes all around!

But had a bit of a hassle with reception—check-in was slow and they could’ve done with a bit more spunk, you know?

Had an 8-night stay in a spacious room with a handy mini kitchen. The full gym was a dream, open 24/7 for my inner fitness diva. Plus, it’s close to a little mall with a grocery store—so convenient!

But getting to the main attractions felt like training for a marathon—good luck without a car! And don’t go searching for a sauna. you’ll find more heat in a warm glass of water.

The resort's spacious room was a hit, especially with the heated pool. Having easy access to Al Seef Mall for snacks and drinks was super convenient for my family. The gym with top-notch equipment kept us on track with our fitness.

In my wife's opinion, a better bathroom mirror setup would help family stays.

Checked in for a night and it was a real mess. Took 45 mins to get into our room, then found a broken door handle and mismatched cabinets. The vibe was supposed to be relaxing, but honestly, I felt more relaxed waiting at home. The staff was friendly but that didn’t make up for the dirty bedding and creepy bathroom. Had to look for cockroaches like it was some sort of scavenger hunt. You gotta be kidding me! I mean, I should feel better than at my own place when I’m spending good money, right? Just wasn’t happening. You can find better.

The heated pools were so relaxing, especially for kids! 🙌 The staff were super accommodating despite some hiccups. The location combined with the vibrant shopping area made every stroll delightful.

The standard room was spacious, perfect for my family, with a cozy queen-size bed and effective air conditioning, maintaining a comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The heated pool was a standout, making it a delightful escape from the heat, and the adjacent mall provided great food options like delicious Sicilian pastries. Despite the high prices at the on-site restaurants, the proximity to affordable dining choices made up for it. A couple of minor drawbacks included the gym's peak hour crowd and less attentive service at check-in, but the overall experience was both enjoyable and convenient.

The hotel is right beside a mall. which was super convenient. The pools were quite large! and staff were really accommodating. Daily housekeeping kept everything fresh, which made our stay better.
